Sunday Mornings & Slow Coffee

There's something about Sunday mornings that just hits different. I woke up before my alarm today (a miracle, honestly), made coffee in my favorite mug, and just sat by the window for a while. No music, no phone, just the quiet hum of the world waking up outside.
I've been trying to be better about these little pauses, the ones where nothing is happening and that's exactly the point. Life gets so loud sometimes, and I forget how much I need mornings like this until I'm actually in one.
Later I'll probably get around to the things on my list, but for now, it's just me, my coffee, and the soft light coming through the curtains. Some days don't need a plan. They just need space to breathe.
